Terms of Service
Welcome to Midwest Epoxy and Polishing Inc. By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Midwest Epoxy and Polishing Inc. provides professional epoxy floor coating and concrete polishing services for commercial, industrial, and residential properties. All services are delivered based on the scope agreed upon in writing through a formal quote or contract.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
2. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of request. Final pricing may be adjusted upon inspection or due to site-specific conditions not previously disclosed.
A formal quote must be accepted in writing before scheduling any work. Pricing, timelines, and scope of work will be clearly outlined in the approved agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate information about the space and job requirements
- Ensure clear access to the project site
- Remove personal items, equipment, or obstacles before scheduled service
- Notify us of any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or on-site restrictions
Delays or extra labor caused by unprepared sites may result in additional charges.
4. Scheduling and Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimated and depend on site conditions, material availability, and weather (for certain exterior projects). While we aim to stay on schedule, delays may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will communicate updates promptly and work to minimize disruptions.
5. Payments and Billing
Payment terms will be clearly stated in your quote. A deposit may be required to secure your project date. The remaining balance is typically due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to fees or collection action.
We accept checks, ACH, or other payment methods as outlined in the quote or invoice.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel your service, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation or lost time.
In the event we must reschedule, we’ll work with you to select the next available date.
7. Warranty and Workmanship
We stand behind the quality of our work. Most epoxy and polished concrete installations are covered by a workmanship warranty, which will be detailed in your contract.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or structural issues with the underlying surface.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable measure to ensure a professional outcome, Midwest Epoxy and Polishing Inc. is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to surfaces
- Hidden structural defects or moisture issues
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Midwest Epoxy and Polishing Inc. and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services or website means you accept any changes made.
